Celina CrossFit In-House Competition
About This Competition
Our very first competition!
-This is an in-house competition (i.e. Members of our gym only)
-M/M, F/F teams
-Rx, and Scaled divisions
-3 workouts plus a final for the top 3 teams in each division
-Workouts will be released the Monday before the competition
-Movement standards will be released by end of July to help you decide which division is best for your team
