About This Competition

Lifting up the Mountains is a fundraiser workout to benefit those affected by Hurrican Helene. All net proceeds will go to Samaritans purse and the Red Cross to benefit those affected by Hurricane Helene in Western NC. Workout: 25 Min Partner AMRAP 2024 M Row Buy in Then AMRAP of 9 Dumbbell Snatches Right Arm 9 Pull ups 9 Dumbbell Snatches Left Arm 27 Sandbag Squats 200m Run Randomly in each heat, you will be stopped and given 5 min to get a max clean and jerk for both members, then the amrap will continue. (this is to represent the suddenness of the flooding) Rx: 50/35 Scaled: 35/20 or less. 2:1 Jumping Pull ups
