About This Competition
Whether you’re racing solo or teaming up with a friend, this is your chance to challenge yourself, test your grit, and have a blast with your gym family.

Heats begin at 8:30 AM, running every 20 minutes until 11:30 AM
- 💰 Entry Fee: $20 Individual / $35 Team – includes drinks, snacks, and event setup
- 💰FREE for Hyrox Cycle participants!
WHAT IS THE RACE?
A for-time event that combines cardio, strength, and mental toughness in a format anyone can try. You'll complete 6 movement stations—each followed by a 600m run.

- 100m Walking Lunges (RX 50/35 DB / Scaled - BW)

- Teams run together, but can divide other work however they want.
FAQ Highlights:
- Non-members? Can join, but only if teamed up with a COMPLETE member (pending staff clearance).
- Walking allowed? Absolutely. Power-walkers welcome.
- Time cap? None. Most finish in 30–60 minutes.
- Can I scale? Yes—but your time won’t be posted to the leaderboard.
- Podium? No traditional awards, but top performers will get a unique shout-out you won’t forget.
- This isn’t just a workout—it’s a community event built around fun, fitness, and a little friendly competition. Come ready to sweat, cheer each other on, and enjoy post-race snacks and vibes under the tent.

Want to be part of the COMPLETE Fitness Race but not racing this year? Come be part of the action—we’re looking for at least 6 volunteers to help the event run smoothly.
Volunteer roles include:
Heat check-in & athlete flow
Station timers / movement counters
Course setup & reset
High-fives and hype squad (mandatory)
Time commitment:

You’ll still be part of the fun, get access to post-race snacks and drinks, and earn major community points.
