Pick It Up Put It Down 2026
About This Competition
If you’re ready for one of the toughest, most rewarding workouts of your life, in front of friends, family and hundreds of supporters cheering you on, then you’re in the right place. We would like to invite you to compete in the PIUPID 2026 Games.
What can you expect?
Athletes will be challenged with multiple workouts throughout the day.
You can expect the format of these workouts to be between 5-20 minutes long, and involving a mixture of functional movements including and not limited to; barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, rowers, bikes etc.
The games format typically gets released less than a month before the day.
Based on feedback from the community PIUPID26 will be a FULL MIXED TEAMS COMP, meaning every team will consist of two males and two females.
In our efforts to maximise inclusivity, while challenging more experienced athletes, competitors will be asked if they would like to compete as; RX’d / INTERMEDIATE or SCALED athletes.

Barbell (Clean) 80/60kg
Barbell (Snatch) 60/40kg
Barbell Deadlift 120/80kg
Sandbag 60/40kg

Worm
Atleast one male and one female member of the team can: BMU, RMU and HSW
Intermediate:
DB 22.5/15kg

Barbell (Clean) 70/50kg
Barbell (Snatch) 40/30kg
Barbell Deadlift 100/70kg
Sandbag 40/30kg
Rope Climb, TTB, Pull Up, Chest To Bar
