🔥 Partner Throwdown – July 12th 🔥

Get ready for a fun and challenging day of fitness! Join us Friday, July 12th for our CrossFit Partner Competition—open to all levels with Rx and Scaled divisions. Choose your partner and bring the heat in one of the following team formats:
Male/Male | Female/Female | Male/Female

🏋️‍♀️ What to Expect:
3 WODs designed to test your strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and teamwork
2 workouts released in advance, 1 revealed on competition day
Athlete Briefing starts at 7:15 AM
First WOD kicks off at 8:00 AM sharp

Wod 1

10 minute time cap

Repetitions can be divided however each team would like

Partners will receive two scores:

1) A score for time or rounds plus reps through the 3rd set of bar facing burpees

2) A score for max snatches at 185/125 with the time remaining on the 10 minute cap

30 snatches 95/65
30 bar facing burpees
30 snatches 115/75
30 bar facing burpees
30 snatches 135/95
30 bar facing burpees

Scaled

Any clean any jerk can be performed

Partners will receive two scores:

1) A score for time or rounds plus reps through the 3rd set of bar facing burpees

2) A score for max clean and jerks at 185/125 with the time remaining on the 10 minute cap

30 clean and jerks 115/75
30 bar facing burpees

Rx

For the time remaining from workout #1 A, based on the ten minute time cap, partners will complete as many snatches as possible in the time remaining performing the movement at a weight of #185/#155.

 

Scaled

For the time remaining from workout #1 A, based on the ten minute time cap, partners will complete as many clean and jersk as possible in the time remaining performing the movement at a weight of #185/#155.

Rx

Three rounds for time

Time cap 15 mins

Both partners will work on the cardio exercises (bike and jump rope) at the same time. They can decide to switch at any point. If one exercise is completed before the other, partners must wait until both are completed to move on.

The front squats will have two barbells setup for each partner. These must be completed in synchro

The gymnastics movements (toes to bar, chest two bar, bar muscle ups) can be broken up however the partners would like.
