This is not for elite athletes who compete at an International level. We have a 3 person competition in August for you.
All sales are final.
There will be 3 workouts and the top teams will go through to a final.

Workouts
In a 2:30 Window:
Bike and Row 20/15 Cal

Score is number of Devils Double Press
There is no rest between sets
Athletes can switch between the rower and bike at any point
Athletes must reset their monitors
Devils Do0uble Press cannot begin until the required calories have been done on both machines

Either Clean & Jerk or Snatch can be used for the Devil Press and any version of S2OH can be used for the second press, ensuring each rep is fully locked out
You may step or jump up and down for the burpee

Please ensure you fully stand up and finish each movement before moving on to the next. At the end of the S2OH make sure4 you are full stood up with the Barbell above yoour head and your arms locked out for the rfep to count. You can repeat and movement you failed as long as the bar remains off the ground.
You can add or remove weights within the 10 min window and switch between partners.
Please state the weight you are attempting before each attempt.

Partner Wall Balls
Burpee Shuttles (Sync)
Partner Med Ball Sit Up Throws
At the call of 3-2-1 Go!
athletes will pick up their ball and run to the wall where they will start their 6 partner Wall Balls.
Both athletes squat, 1 with the medicine ball, one as an air squat. The squat should be synced at the bottom of the rep
The partner throws the ball, hits the target and the other partner catches and continues with the next rep.
If either partner fails to squat to depth, or they miss the target, that rep will not count.
When the correct number of reps are completed, athletes will start the burpee shuttles.
Both athletes will burpee with their hands behind the line, chest sync on the floor, then run to the opposite line where they will start the next rep. If the hands touch the line, or the chest do not sync on the floor, that rep will not count
When the correct number of reps are completed, athletes will collect the medicine ball and start the sit up medicine ball passes.
Both athletes will do the sit up, shoulders touch the floor, feet butterflied, the one with the ball will touch the ball to the floor above their head. They will then throw the ball over the obstacle where the other athlete will catch and do the next rep. If the ball or the athletes shoulders do not touch the floor, that rep will not count.
Athletes will continue adding 6 reps each round until the 12 minute time cap.
Intermediate: 24" Box 6/5kg Ball
Everyday: 20" Box 5/3kg Ball
