Workouts

4x AMRAP2 w/ 2min rest

• 10 Synchro DBall Clean @ 75lb

• MAX Distance Run


• On "Go" the pair will begin working on the DBall cleans.

• Completing the cleans will unlock the treadmill.

• One partner will then have the remainder of the 2 minutes to amass as many metres as possible.


Score:

Total of the two lowest scoring rounds


Notes:

• Only one athlete can run in each 2minute period

• There is no requirement for both athletes to run

6x AMRAP90s w/ 30s rest

• 16 Alternating Kneeling Renegade Row @ 2x 22.5kg DBs

• MAX Burpee to Plate


• On "Go" one partner will begin the Renegade Rows

• Completing the Rows will unlock the Burpees.

• The same partner will then have the remainder of the 90 seconds to amass as many burpees to plate as possible.


Score:

Total burpees over 6 rounds


Notes:

• Tape lines on the floor will ensure athletes are holding a uniform position.

• Knees and dumbbell handles will need to cover the tape on the floor.

• Both heads of the dumbbell make contact with the body.

• Non-pulling arm remains locked throughout the repetition.

For Time: 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 2 Front Squats


• On "Go" the pair will have 14 minutes to complete the barbell complex for maximum weight.

• As many sets as desired can be undertaken, the heaviest complex per person will be counted.

• Partners may assist each other in loading and unloading the bar.


Score:

Total weight of the heaviest complex of each partner.

3x AMRAP3 w/ 1min rest

• 32cal Echo Bike

• MAX Single Arm DB Shoulder to Overhead @ 25kg


• On "Go" the pair will begin working on the echo bike

• Completing the bike calories will unlock the dumbbell

• The pair will then have the remainder of the 3 minutes to amass as many shoulder to overhead reps as possible.


Score:

Lowest scoring round

For Time: 1km Ski + 2km Row + 3km Bike [Time Cap: 14mins]


• On "Go" the pair will begin working on the Row & Ski Ergs.

• They may interchange between the machines as often as they like, without the need of a tag.

• Completing the Sk Erg metres unlocks the Bike Erg.


Score:

Time taken to complete the 6km.


Tie-Break:

Metres remaining on the Bike Erg


Notes:

Dampers may only be adjusted before starting on a machine.
