Join CrossFit Power Hour for the 2nd annual HUFFIN' FOR THE STUFFIN' SHOWDOWN, a 3-person same-sex team competition, on November 11!
CrossFit PowerHour is kicking off the holiday season with a competition geared for beginners and intermediates. So, grab your 3 besties and get ready for the Huffin' for the Stuffin' Showdown!
Just like Thanksgiving dinner everyone is invited!! Teams are 3 people same-sex, all down for a good time. Earn that extra piece of pie and sign your team up today!!!
We will have a DJ and Food Truck on site for the competitors and spectators to enjoy!

Workouts
Part A:
3 Rounds For Time (chipper style):
Each person completes 5 reps before switching
15 Box Jumps
15 BB S2OH
15 BB Front Racked Lunges
Time Cap: 9 minutes
Box Variations:
-Intermediates: M-24” / F-20”
-Novice/Masters: M-20” / F-20” (can step up)
Barbell Variations:
-Intermediates: M-105lb / F-75lb
-Novice: M-65lb / F-45lb
-Masters: M-85 / F-55
-then 1 min REST (9:00-10:00)
Part B:
at 10:00 teams will work to find a 1RM for a ‘Thruster’
Time cap: 5 minutes
