About This Competition

This year's edition of the Kalis Games is our 5th run, and is made extra special by the support of Chris Hinshaw (Aerobic Capacity) and Sean Velas (CrossFit Soul Miami, CrossFit Gymnastics).  We are also introducing the new teams categories this year, which will make the event an even more memorable experience for both athletes and spectators alike!
