About This Competition

 

Our 4th Annual Floater Fest is back at Smithville Lake!

Floater Fest 2023 will be divided into three divisions:

Male/Female, Female/Female, Male/Male.

There is one set of standards, there is no RX or Scaled divisions.

Floater Fest will consist of 7-8 different events and run between 8am-4pm on June 17th.

What is a floater workout?
      *A floater is a short workout around 10 minutes or less. It can be performed at anytime during the duration of the competition.

Tshirt included if registered before May 31st 

Why choose floater fest?
** YOU choose the order in which you complete the WODS, anytime between 8am-4pm.
** Watch and Cheer on your friends - There are NO heats!!
** Hang out at the lake and camp nearby
**Unique workouts including paddle board and kayaks

Bring you sunscreen and let's WOD at the lake!

Minimum Standards (Subject to change):
Kayaking (Individual and Tandem)
Paddle Board
Deadlift: 225/155
Back Squat: 135/95
Front Squat: 115/75
OH Squat: 115/75
Snatch: 115/75
Shoulder to Overhead: 115/75
Thruster: 115/75
Wall Ball: 20/14
Dumbbell Snatch: 50/35
KB Swing: (1.5 pd/1 pd)
Burpees (Any Style)
Double Unders 
Push-ups
Box Jumps: (24/20)
Row Erg
Ski Erg
Run
Echo Bike
Push/Pull/Throw/Squat odd objects
**Be prepared to perform a 1 rep max at any lift
