The T12 Throwdown is a one-day, high-energy team competition designed to test your grit, teamwork, and engine across three fast-paced workouts.
Each event challenges different elements of fitness. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or stepping on the floor for the first time, there’s a division for you.

*Women weight lifted will be Multiplied by 1.5.
