About This Competition
Chaque mois, rentrez ici vos scores sur les TESTS mensuels réalisés chez Hiringa.
Cela servira de point de base à la mesure de vos progrès tout au long de votre parcours chez nous.
L'ensemble des 12 TESTS proposés tout au long de l'année formera un ensemble complet et cohérent qui permettra de mesurer l'ensemble de vos aptitudes physiques. Ce sera un très bon repère pour vous indiquer vos points forts et faibles :)
En décembre, basé sur ces TESTS, nous organiserons les Fittest of Hiringa, évènement qui réunira les athlètes les plus motivés de la box pour élire le et la plus fit de nos salles :)
