About This Competition
Wrapping up our 2025 competition series with our tried and tested Rush Hour.
Only this time it has a bit of a twist, it's a festive HYROX-themed edition.
Our classic Rush Hour format of 4 workouts in 1 hour.
Same sex or mixed pairs-fast, furious, and full of festive fun.
Christmas theme-fancy dress optional (but strongly encouraged).
Free mulled wine and mince pie to celebrate after (or before if you're feeling crazy!).
Expect all the HYROX vibes-machines, sleds, teamwork and big energy-but CFN style.
