About This Competition

The Reebok Megabox Throwdown has arrived! This year the Reebok Megabox Throwdown will combine both the 5th annual throwdown and the 2nd annual Calisthenics Throwdown. Circuit Plus has merged both throwdowns to give birth to a thrilling fitness centric weekend filled with competition, community, and lasting memories!

For CrossFit Teams of 2 will compete in two divisions: Male and Female. There will be a total of 40 teams (24 male teams and 16 female teams).

For the calisthenics throwdown there will be 2 categories for men (under 75 kgs and over 75 kgs) and 1 category for women. 

Make sure to register and fill in all of your information to gurantee your spot!

The event will be held on the 18th of March and 19th of March from 9:00AM to 7:00Pm & at Shuwaikh, AKA Megabox.
