From the Gym that brought you The One Ton Challenge, the most fun weightlifting event. We bring you FLEX FEST, a fitness party.
On September 24th, we take over the John Dam Plaza in Richland. This comp has several divisions to meet athletes of all levels. Three person teams, same gender, varying skills and strengths, there will be no minimum work requirement for ALL team members. Split the work, highlight your team strengths, and get after it.
Individuals, we are here for you! We want to showcase your individual hard work and consistency, we will only have RX individual divisions.

Directly after, go into Standing Power Throw
Standing Power Throw, for distance.
2 Attempts/ athlete. Longest distance counts, per athlete.
Each foot is an additional rep to the pushup score.
Individual = total pushups + longest single distance = score
Team = total accumulated pushups + total accumulated distance = score
