CrossFit 4055 brings you “The Fittest in the Yard”

LOCATION: CrossFit 4055 Pure Tennis Ferny Hills 144 Samford Road Ferny Hills.

DATE: 09 July 2022

TIME: 11am – 7pm Outdoor Event - Under lights.

Box Jumps 24/20”

Heavy Snatch (power or squat) minimum 80/55kg
Clean and Jerk 80/60
Deadlifts 110/80
Double Unders

Handstand walk
bike/row/run

INTERMEDIATE 
ATHLETES

Chest 2 Bar (Low rep)
 One athlete must complete this movement
Toes to bar (Low reps) One athlete must complete this movement
Wall balls 9/6
Box jumps 24/20”
Snatch (power or squat) minimum 50/35kg
Clean and jerk 60/40
Deadlift 70/45kg
Double Unders

Double dumbbell OH lunge 15/10kg
bike/row/run

BEGINNER ATHLETES
(Any movement can be modified, scaled or swapped out if you are unable for any reason to complete the required movement)

KB swings
Knee raises or sit ups
Wall Balls 6/3
Step ups 24/20”

Snatch (power or squat) Minimum required 25/20kg
Deadlift 40/30kg
Single skips 
OH Plate lunge 5/2.5kg
bike/row/run
Goblet squat.
