1 Power clean then 1 front squat + 1 thruster

Reps for part A 

Round 1= 18 reps 

Round 2= 20 reps ( accumulated 38 reps)

Round 3= 22 reps (accumulated 60 reps) 

Round 4= 24 reps (accumulated 84 reps)

Round 5= burpees = 2 reps (accumulated 86 reps)
