About This Competition

An Exclusive Outtrain competition for F45 studios


Mixed teams of 4. (2F and 2M)


A day of functional fitness workouts that will test team work and endurance.


Held at Here East Stratford followed by a social get together by the canal on the Hackney Riveria.


Expect things like Dumbbell Devil Press, Thrusters, Rowing, Ski Erg, Sandbags etc.


There will be 3 workouts, each 20 minutes, Teams from same studio will be in different waves so you can cheer each other on.


2 workouts will be released on 1 June and the third workout released on 10 June, Get your teams together and start practising.


DJ, Food, Drink , goodie bags and prizes and a whole day of fun for the F45 Community.

Supported by Skinny Lager, Tenzing and more great stuff.

20 minute time cap


Mins 1-3 As a team complete a buy in - Max distance on the bike (Swap how you please)


At 3 minutes the distance will be recorded.


Minutes 3 onwards complete the following


Synchro all 4 team mates


Stage 1 - 20 Single arm Devil press

Onto

5 metre over head walk (All 4 team mates walk together with DB Held over head)

Stage 2 - 30 Single arm DB Snatch

5 metre over head walk (All 4 team mates walk together with DB Held over head)

Stage 3 - 40 Goblet squats

5 metre over head walk (All 4 team mates walk together with DB Held over head)

Stage 4 - 50 Racked reverse lunge

If DB is dropped in any overhead walk the whole team has to stop and re start at the previous point and wait until all DBs are back over head.


Scored in 2 parts, Part A total time and Part B distance on bike


Weights are 1 x 10kg 1 x 12.5kg 1 x17.5kg 1 x20kg - once you choose your weight you keep that DB for the whole workout

Part B score is distance on the bike Minutes 1-3

AMRAP 20 MINUTES


Continuing ski - there is 1 person on the Ski erg for the whole 20 mins.


120m farmer carry (3x athletes)


10 KB OH swing (3 Athletes synchro)


10 KB deadlift (3 Athletes synchro)


10 lateral burpee box jump (1 Athlete)



Weights - 1x dual 24kg,20kg, 16kg,12kg - Athletes choose their weights each round. (The 16kg and 24kg must be used every round)


Athletes can swap out on the ski once one full round is complete on the AMRAP 


Scored in 2 parts Part A Reps and Part B Cals on Ski

Part B score is Ski Cals

AMRAP 20 MINUTES


Scored in 2 parts Rower cals and Wall ball reps


Running lap is around 175 metres


1 Rower per team


Lap 1 - 4x Athletes run together


When all are back and at the Rower Lap 2 can start and the rower can start


Lap 2 - 3x Athletes run

 1x Athlete rows 


Lap 3 - 2x Athletes run

2x Athletes row 


Lap 4 - 1x Athlete run

3x Athletes row 


When last athlete returns rower stops - (Judge will record cals from that round)
