About This Competition
The Fittest of 646 In House Competition is CrossFit 646's Annual member only competition consisting of Teams of 2 Male or 2 Female RX, Intermediate and Scaled Divisions.
We will also be competing for the 646 House Cup! This is new this year, so get excited!
There will be 3 guaranteed workouts for all teams and the top 5 teams will compete in the Final Workout.
Every member of CrossFit 646 is welcome to compete and enjoy the festivities! This will be an absolute blast!
