Together we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
We are proud to bring you another FREE women's only event that you can do from the comfort of your home, no equipment necessary! In the spirit of the upcoming Holidays, we want to give back. By you focusing on your fitness through this event, we can focus on donating to the Make A Wish Foundation.
Win Swag Throughout the Event-
Throughout the entire event we will be randomly selecting ladies to win swag for things like tagging us in your workout videos, commenting on someone's performance, and more! We want to show our entire GGRx Tribe all the support we can during this!
FAQs-
Do I need to film my workout? Although this isn't focused on competition, in order to win swag and to have GGRx verify your top score, we need a video. We suggest using the app WODProof and uload a video link with your score.
Can I scale? No, you must do what your division says. If you registered for the wrong division, you can login during the first week and change it.
Where do I log my score? Just login back into Competition Corner and do so. Check your weekly deadline reminder emails for a reminder on how to do that.
