Athletes must choose 2 movements each of the following and complete as many reps as possible in one minute of each movement

1- ring muscle ups (masters: ring dips)

2- handstand walk (3m) (RX must be unbroken)

3- sand bag over shoulder 65/45kgs

4- burpee box overs (40")

Scaled:

1- bar dips

3- sand bag deadlifts 65/45kgs

Your score is the total amount of reps completed together at the end of the 2 minutes
