About This Competition

Dakota Games 2020 is an online competition spanning 5 weeks. 

Individual Divisions include:

  • 14-17
  • 18-34
  • 35-39
  • 40-44
  • 45-49
  • 50-54
  • 55-59
  • 60+

*Age group division is based on the athlete's age on 11/3/2020.

Team Divisions Include:

  • Rx Teams of 3
  • Intermediate Teams of 3
  • Scaled Teams of 3
  • Masters 35+ Teams of 3

Registration includes a custom Dakota Games competitor shirt by Treign.

1st Place winners of each division will receive an automatic invite to compete at the 2021 on-site Dakota Games and bypass the 2021 online qualifier. Prizes will be awarded to podium and event winners. 

We plan on having some fun! Community Spirit prizes will be awarded to participants in the weekly spirit challenges.

 

Week 1: Theme is BOX PRIDE - rep your gym. Workout is released Tuesday, November 3rd at 5pm CST. Scores are due Monday, November 9th at 7:00pm CST.

Week 2: Theme is THRIFT SHOP - wear your best thrift store finds. Workout is released Tuesday, November 10th at 5pm CST. Scores are due Monday, November 16th at 7:00pm CST.

Week 3: Theme is CROSSFIT GAMES - dress like a Games athlete. Workout is released Tuesday, November 17th at 5PM CST. Scores are due Monday, November, 23rd at 7:00pm CST.

Week 4: Theme is TROPICAL PARADISE VACATION - Covid-19 cancelled all our vacation plans, let's bring the beach to the gym! Workout released Tuesday, November 24th at 5pm CST. Scores are due Monday, November 30th at 7:00pm CST.

Week 5: Theme is DAKOTA GAMES COMMUNITY - wear your favorite Dakota Games swag. Workout is released Tuesday, December 1st at 5pm CST. Scores are due Monday, December 7th at 7:00pm CST.
