Competitors arrive dressed in their best 80s-inspired workout gear, channeling the spirit of iconic figures like Jane Fonda and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The challenges are as diverse as they are demanding, combining classic CrossFit exercises with a nostalgic twist. Athletes showcase their strength, endurance, and technique as they maneuver through three workouts and one floater, all to the beat of an electric 80s soundtrack.
As the competition heats up, spectators are treated to an electrifying display of athleticism and retro nostalgia. Each event pushes competitors to their limits while paying homage to the iconic symbols of the 80s.
Amidst the sweat and spectacle, friendships are forged, rivalries ignite, and champions emerge. But ultimately, Rad Fit Fest is about more than just winning—it's a celebration of the indomitable spirit of the 1980s and the timeless pursuit of physical excellence. So lace up your high-tops, grab your sweatbands, and get ready to go back in time at Rad Fit Fest: the ultimate 80s themed CrossFit showdown.

Four barbells will be lined up on the floor
At “Go”, the athlete will deadlift the lightest barbell for 10 reps.
After the completion of the deadlifts, the athlete will then perform 15 lateral burpees over the barbell they just used for the deadlifts.
Once the athlete completes the burpees, they will move to the next heaviest bar and complete 15 deadlifts, followed by 15 lateral burpees over the bar.
The athlete will continue to do this until they complete 25 deadlifts on the final bar as well as 15 lateral burpees over the bar.
The winner is determined by the fastest score.
If the athlete is time-capped at 10 minutes, the tie-breaker will be total reps completed.

***The Gnarly Division will complete the same complex, but a squat clean is not required, and the last movement is a shoulder to overhead instead of a split jerk.
