About This Competition

Battle@BundyFIT2024

We love hosting comps for our BundyFIT fam and training friends from other gyms !!

We have limited spots for each division to reduce waiting times between workouts for participants.

Our goal is to create an awesome atmosphere, make everyone feel comfortable, and give atheltes the opportuntiy to test themselves and have FUN !!

Cash Out: 30 Burpee Pull-ups*
 
* Burpee Pull-up standard will be the same as CrossFit Open workout 23.2: You must not be able to touch the bar when your arms and fingers are fully extended above your head. To complete the burpee, both your chest and thighs must touch the floor.
 
** Share Burpee Over Bar and Burpee Pull-ups between partners as you choose.
*** Tiebreak is time at completion of 10 rounds.
