Workouts
Total weight of all 4 athletes barbells combined.
Once your weight is chosen and on the bar it cannot be changed.
For time complete in the following relay style:
M1- 15 Cleans
F1- 15 Cleans
M2- 15 Cleans
F2- 15 Cleans
Each athlete chooses their barbell weight. (Choose wisely)
5 mins.
For each athlete to find a 1 rep max clean and jerk.
Each athlete is only allowed 3 attempts.
If all 3 lifts are missed that athlete will score 0.
4 Intervals of 1:30 ON / 0:30 OFF
Max reps: Calorie Assault Bike
Max reps: Dumbbell Thrusters (2x DB's)
Teams must work in the following pairs:
(Both pairs work at the same time.)
R1- MF 1 Bike + MF 2 DB thrusters
R2- MF 1 DB thrusters + MF 2 Bike
etc.
Complete AMRAP in 8 minutes.
Rounds must be completed in the following way:
Round 1
10 synchro db OH lunges (M/M)
10 toes to ring + 5 wall walks (F/F)
10 synchro db hang clean + jerks (M/M)
Round 2
10 synchro db OH lunges (F/F)\
10 toes to ring + 5 wall walks (M/M)
10 synchro db hang clean + jerks (F/F)
Etc.
Max distance row in 10 minutes.
(1 athlete out of 4 must always be rowing, you can switch round at any point. )
IN 10 minutes:
100 synchro down ups (all 3 athletes)
In remaining time Max reps gymnastics scored in the following points:
Ring rows- 2 points
Pull ups- 4 points
C2B- 6 points
Bar Muscle up- 8 points
