About This Competition

Join CrossFit ECF for CUPID'S CLASSIC: IT'S COMPLICATED, a 4-person co-ed team competition, on February 4, 2023!

DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR AN EVENT SHIRT IS JANUARY 6TH 2023. AFTER THAT DATE YOU CAN STILL REGISTER, BUT WILL NOT RECIEVE AN EVENT SHIRT.

- WORKOUTS -

WOD 1 - 12 Minute AMRAP
2:00 on 2:00 off x 3 Rounds Each
Two athletes work for the 2:00, then switch with the other two athletes for 2:00
The team working for the 2:00 completes:
20 Cal Row (10 each)
Max Reps of Synchronized Back squats Rx 135/95, Scaled 95/65
Barbell will be cleaned from the floor to backrack position (not from the rack)

WOD 2 - 14 Min. CAP
In teams of 4 people we will have water fall style workout
21-15-9 reps For Time
Echo Bike Cals
DB Snatch Rx 50/35 Scaled 35/25
HSPU (Scaled: Hand Release Push-Ups)

Complete Rds of 21-15-9 for time as a team.
One person starts 21 Echo Bike Cals as teammates wait in line for you to advance to the next station of 21.
Once Echo Bike Cals are complete athlete 1 moves forward to 21 DB Snatches then athletes 2 starts the Echo Bike Cals while 3&4 are waiting for athletes 1&2 to advance before #3 can start. Continue this pattern until the wod is complete.

WOD 3 - 16 Minutes
Each team will complete 4 x 4:00 AMRAP
Score is the total reps for all stations

4 Minute AMRAP
All 4 athletes must work together to complete an AMRAP of synchronized burpees.

4 Minute AMRAP
Barbell synchronized hang cleans - 2 team members work together while 2 rest Rx 115/80 Scaled 80/55
Two team members must synchronize the barbell so that the lockout is together. Each synchronized hang clean counts as one rep. Team members can switch out at any point.

4 Minute AMRAP
Synchronized T2B - 2 team members work together while 2 rest
Two team members must synchronize the T2B so that both feet touch the rig together and go behind the bar together. Each synchronized T2B counts as one rep. Team members can switch out at any point.
Scaled: Knee Raises above the hip

4 Minute AMRAP
All 4 athletes must work together to complete an AMRAP of synchronized burpee.
