- · Box Jumps (30”) *can use hands
- · Single Unders
- · Deadlift (115)
- · Power Clean (115)
- · Push Jerk (115)
- · Thruster (115)
- · Snatch (95)
Scaled women must be able to perform multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:
- · Rowing
- · Running (short distances)
- · Pull-ups
- · Box Jumps (30”) *can use hands
- · Single Unders
- · Deadlift (85)
- · Power Clean (85)
- · Push Jerk (85)
- · Thruster (85)
- · Snatch (65)
Please
park at the YMCA or in the parking lot across the street. Make sure to
bring
plenty of water and snacks. Partial refunds will be allowed if requested at least
10 days before the event (minus t-shirt expense and competition corner's fee, $50) and partner substitutions have
to be made at least 3 days before the event.
Anyone signing up after September 29th, 2017 will not receive a t-shirt because the order has already been placed.
