MASTERSHQ CROSSFIT® CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

ONLINE QUALIFIER
Workout release dates 2023:

MHQ 23.1, MHQ 23.2, MHQ23.3
Release: January 19th - 11am
Submit: February 1st - 10am

MHQ 23.4, MHQ 23.5, MHQ 23.6
Release: February 2nd - 11am
Submit: February 15th - 10am

Divisions:
RX & INTERMEDIATE
(scaling options for intermediate)

Age Categories:
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

MastersHQ Online:
3 workouts released every 2 weeks for 4 weeks total

Workouts:
Workouts will be released on to our Website, Instagram and Facebook page. These will include weight requirements for each age/division and links to demonstrations of workout standards as well as printable score sheets.

Participants:
All participants have 2 weeks to complete the workouts and submit their score and video via Competition corner. Scores must be submitted no later than 10am on submission day for scores to count.

Video Submission required
MastersHQ recommends WeTime timing app. All workouts will be programmed in to the timing app for your convenience.

Videos are required for any athlete (Intermediate and RX) to progress to the next round

Age:
To be eligible to enter this comp, athletes must be 30 years or above on 31st December 2023.
Age category is also based on athletes age on 31st December 2023

Leaderboard:
Each individual athlete will be able to track their ranking on our live MHQ leaderboard also found on our website.

Top 8 athletes in each age category and division in each State/region will be invited to compete in the next stage of competition

Top 2 athletes from each age category and division in each State/region will be invited to compete in the next stage of competition

Top #1 RX athlete from each RX division will qualify for the Masters Fitness Championship
