About This Competition

After the success of last years Masters comp, were back again! 2 males and 2 females for this team of 4. Each athlete must be 35+ years of age, or 34 but turning 35 within the CrossFit season, the same as the CrossFit open rules.

As far as possible on the assault runner in 15 minutes.


One athlete will be working on the runner while the other 3 working through the chipper. You can swap in and out athletes on the runner as you see fit.

Wod 3 part B - on completion of 12 mins, pair 1 will have 4 mins to find a heavy BELLA complex.
