South Seattle Crossfit Christmas Throwdown
About This Competition
The South Seattle Crossfit Christmas Throwdown is back in 2023!
Coed Partner Teams. 12 Scaled and 12 RX Division Teams will be throwing down on December 16th.
Join us for fun workouts, great prizes, local vendors, Split the Pot Raffle, and a toy drive benefitting Toys for Tots!
Workouts will be announced in phases as the competition nears. Grab your merriest friend, a toy for the toy drive, and your tiki holiday spirit!
There is parking on-site as well as street parking. The event will feature a snack tent, coffee, and more surprise vendors and some fantastic winning team prizes!
Please no pets since our viewing space is limited but human companions and support sytems are welcome.
Refunds will only be offered before November 15th in the event of an emergency drop out. Must contact event host for a refund.

For a combined total:
Part A - L-Sit on Piroutte Bars
Part B - Dead hang from pull-up bar
Partner A will complete and Partner B will follow immediately after A completes dead hang.
You will have 20 seconds to transition from L-Sit to Dead hang, if you take longer than 20 seconds, you will recieve a 0 for your Part B Score.

*For each double under or single under NOT completed or missed/no rep, one point will be deducted from total score.
-Points are gained by completing a full clean. For example, a completed full clean at 135LBS is 135 points.
-You may transition from cleans into deadlifts if you cannot clean your weight. Deadlifts are worth one point
-15 seconds are allowed at the end of each :30 interval to allow athletes to move to the next barbell at the next weight
