About This Competition

It’s time for our favorite event of the year, the 7th Annual Smash Fest!! It’s one of the last CrossFit events for the competition season and we’d love for you all to join us!!


This is a team of 6 format with 3 men and 3 women, both Scaled and Rx divisions. We will run this event like all others, cannonball style!


Each year, we look to challenge both divisions in teamwork, communication, and fitness. This event will involve both indoor and outdoor events (weather permitting) and we will find the best all around team in each division!


Expect the unexpected and be ready to push each other to their limits. Like all other events we host, we will offer a wide balance of programming and I personally love seeing how you all crush it!


Sick event shirts from 7Five Clothing, awesome DJ, and unbelievable food will all be on display for you and truly can’t wait!


Registration goes fast each year and we have limited spots available. Spread the word, get the squads ready, and get on that training!

EVENT DETAILS

-Date: September 5th

-Team size: Team of 6 athletes (3 guys/3 girls)

-Cost: $390 Per Team 

-Only 10 slots per division

-Scaled Heat #1 will start around 8:00am

-Rx Heat #1 will start around 1:00pm

-WODs and FULL standard videos/walk through will be released two weeks before the event.

 ****We reserve the right to add movements to this list, but they would fall under the weight limits shown. We will not add a Major Skill to the list (ie Muscle-Ups) We may use everything on this list or some of it.


 ****The Scaled is meant for SCALED athletes. Don't be that team that should have went Rx and Sandbagged the scaled division please****


***The Tie-Breaker WOD has been predetermined. If we have teams that are tied, the tie breakers will go into action. These tie breakers will be told to the team captains during the athlete briefing so you all know them ahead of time.
