1 Rep Shoulder to Overhead
Each athlete will have three attempts to complete a heavy jerk or press.
Team score will be the combined weight of the heaviest successful rep for each team member.

WOD NOTES
* Lifts will be from the rack, with one 45# men's bar and one 35# women's bar per team.
* Athletes must finish each successful rep with bar overhead, elbows locked out, with knees and hips extended.
* After completing WOD 2, teams go directly into WOD 2A. WOD 2 and WOD 2A will have a combined time cap of 20 minutes.
Each Athlete will perform max unbroken strict pull-ups.
Score is total combined reps of team athletes.

* Scaled division athletes will use a single green 65# rogue elastic band.
* Athletes must begin each rep from a dead hang with feet off the floor, use no kipping, and finish each rep with chin above the bar. Pronated (palms-away) grips only. No supinated or mixed grips allowed.
* WOD 2 and WOD 2A will have a combined time cap of 20 minutes.'
