CrossFit 201 Summer Coed Classic 4
About This Competition
Join CrossFit 201 for the 4th annual SUMMER COED CLASSIC, a partner competition with Rx and Scaled divisions, on September 28!
There will be three workouts, and no final.
WOD 1 - Time Cap: 9
Guys start first. Score is total time. If workout is not completed, total time is 9 minutes + remaining reps in seconds. IE - 5 power cleans short of finishing = 9:05.
Must tag each other in.
Either Judge or athletes can reset calories on the bike, just figure it out before the start of the workout!

There are two scores for this workouts - the amount of rounds and reps ladies get in the amrap. The second score is the time it takes for the guys to complete those rounds and reps (with a 5 minute cap). If not completed, total time is 5+ remaining reps in seconds.

Synchro. All movements have to be synchro.

10 Burpees over DB (scaled can choose to step over or jump)
