Battle of Equip Pairs
About This Competition
Competition Overview:
This same-sex pairs CrossFit competition invites athletes of an Everyday athlete & Intermediate levels to partner up and put their teamwork, endurance, and grit to the test. Each pair will tackle 3 workouts designed to push limits, showcase strengths, and bring out the best in each athlete. All proceeds will go to local charity, Fields of Life, where a group from Equip CrossFit will travel to Uganda in July 2025 to spread the message of CrossFit along with raising funds for the building of much needed wells to help provide clean water.
Event Highlights:
- Divisions: Everyday Fitness and Intermediate divisions allow competitors to choose their challenge level. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or beginner, there's a place for you!
- Workouts: Each WOD is designed to test endurance, power, agility, and coordination. Teams will face everything from synchronized bodyweight movements to heavy lifts and skills.
- Prizes: Awards for the top teams in each division.
Standards:
Everyday Fitness Athletes:
- 15/10kg DB
- 6/3kg Wallball
- 42.5/30kg Barbell
- Single Unders
- No Complex Gymnastics
Intermediate Athletes:
- 22.5/15kg DB
- 9/6kg Wallball
- 60/40kg Barbell
- Double Unders
- Pull Ups / T2B / HSPU
