CrossFit 11:24 is excited and proud to introduce REIGN - A Spring Fitness Festival!

On Saturday, May 14, REIGN will take place at CrossFit 11:24 In Marietta, GA. Register your Team of 3 to join us for a full day of CrossFit competition powered by Evertrain.


Bring your family & friends to watch the competition, play free games, enjoy food, and win prizes.


REIGN will consist of same-sex teams with (3) members per team. Teams can register for either RX or Scaled division.

Athlete Check-In: 7:30am EST

Athlete Briefing: 8:00am EST


Total Number Of Events: 3 WODs 


Championship Workout: 1


*Workouts will be released before the day of the event but are subject to change based on CrossFit 11:24’s testing and discretion.*

Workout #1 RX

4 Rounds

5 Synchro Wall Walks (2 team mates synchro)

5 Synchro Overhead Squats (135/95) (2 team mates synchro)

*1 teammate can sub in at ANY time 

straight into 

4 Rounds

10 Synchro HSPU (2 team mates synchro)

10 Synchro Overhead Squats (95/65) (2 team mates synchro)

Time Cap: 12 Minutes 

 

Workout #1 Scaled

4 Rounds

5 Synchro Wall Walks (to a shorter target than RX) (2 team mates synchro)

5 Synchro Front Squats (135/95) (2 team mates synchro)

*1 teammate can sub in at ANY time 

straight into 

4 Rounds

10 Synchro HRPU (2 team mates synchro)

10 Synchro Front Squats (95/65) (2 team mates synchro)

Time Cap: 12 Minutes 

 

Workout #2 RX AND Scaled

On a 10 Minute clock:

Athletes will have (2) rowers per team. Athletes must accumulate 1000/800m on BOTH rowers. Once meters have been accumulated on BOTH rowers, athlets may begin lifting. 

Athletes will have remainder of the 10 minutes for each athlete to work up to a heavy 

1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk. 

*caviat is that you cannot go DOWN in weight. So, once 1 weight has been loaded, another athlete cannot strip barbell to complete his/her complex. 

*there will be 2 scores: time that rowers both hit 1000/800M AND all 3 athletes weights added together

21 Burpee Box Get Overs (48/40 inches)
