Welcome to The Battle of BeersBridge: CYOP—a long-format partner event built on CrossFit’s foundation of mixed modalities: monostructural, weightlifting, and gymnastics.
You and your teammate will tackle a single workout for time—but how you conquer it is entirely up to you.
This is your adventure. A test of fitness, grit, and teamwork where the route you choose could be the difference-maker.
Accessible to all, yet built to challenge every athlete—your chosen path sets the test, giving everyone the chance to push their limits and showcase the work they’ve put in.
