Workouts

Teams have 6 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk. Each athlete has a maximum of 3 attempts including failed lifts. Barbell weight can go up or down. Any method of clean and press is allowed. Athletes must wait for a down signal before dropping the bar.
