STANDARDS: 

RX Division Standards (Open & Masters):

  • Deadlifts: Working Weight M #225-275/ F #135-155
  • Shoulder to Overhead:Working Weight M #135-155 / F #95-115 - 1RM around 185/135
  • Cleans: Working Weight M #135-155 / F #95-115 1RM around 185/135
  • Handstand Push Ups / Handstand Walks
  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • Double Unders
  • One Max-Out

Scaled Division Standards (Open and Masters):

  • Deadlifts: Working Weight M #115-135 / F #85-115
  • Shoulder to Overhead: Working Weight M #95/ F #65 - 1RM around 135/95
  • Cleans: Working Weight M#95 / F#65 - 1RM around 135/95
  • Hand Release Push-Ups
  • Single Unders

 

PRICING:

  • Early Bird: June 1- June 8 $200 per team
  • Normal: June 8 - August 15- $250 per team

 

NO REFUNDS: All payments are final and there are no refunds, regardless of reason (injury, illness, change in work schedule, deployment, etc.)

 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • In an emergency, team substitutes can be modified in your Competition Corner registration account, until September 3rd. After September 3rd, you must contact Kristin Carasiti at kristin@nevermorecrossfit.com!
  • RAIN DATE is Sunday, Septmber 11th at the OUTDOOR location. If it is STILL RAINING Sunday, September 11th it will be moved to the Nevermore CrossFit INDOOR location at 1420 Clarkview Rd. Baltimore MD 21209.
  • Workouts will be released via Nevermore CrossFit social media platforms the 2 weeks leading up to the event. An email will go out notifying teams they've been released.

The Complex:

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Push Press

Station 1: 75 / 55
Station 2: 95 / 65
Station 3: 115 / 75
Station 4: 125 / 85
Station 5: 135 95

  • Teams must complete 10 unbroken complexes  in a round to move on. If all 10 are not complete by the end of 2:30, the team is done with the ladder.
    • For Clarification: The complex must be unbroken (1 full rep is all 5 movements), the 10 can be split up!
  • Partners can split reps as they want, as long as 10 are completed.
  • For the first 4 stations, each partner must complete AT LEAST 1 rep in the 10. If the 2nd partner doesn't touch the barbell, the round doesn't count!
  • For the final bar, it becomes an AMRAP and is FAIR GAME for only one partner to touch the bar.
  • 2:30 minute rounds with :30 of rest in between.
  • Score is total reps completed at the end.

NOTES FOR STANDARDS:

  • You may complete the complex as a flow, OR break it down into each movement. 
  • The overhead movements MUST be push presses, NOT A JERK. If the knees rebend, it will be considered a NO REP.

NOTES FOR STANDARDS:

  • Partner 1 and Partner 2 can CHANGE throughout the workout! Partners may switch at any time and as many times as they choose.
  • Partner "2" MAY NOT accumulate reps until Partner "1" is actively skiing! Reps accumulated when Partner "1" is not skiing will be considered NO REPS. 
  • When partners are transitioning, the skiing must STOP.
  • Both partners will start work at the same time.
  • For push ups, chest must touch the ground and you must have a full lock out at the top of the rep. NO knees down. 
  • For air squats, you must get BELOW PARALLEL at the base of the rep, and reach FULL HIP EXTENSION at the top of the rep.
  • For knee raises, feet must CLEAR the rig in the back of the kip, at the bottom and BOTH KNEES must come above the hip crease at the top of the rep.
  • BOTH FEET must touch the box, no stepping over or one footed step overs.

For Time:

Partner 1:

  • 30 Pistol Squats
  • 40 Toes to Bar
  • 50 Box Jump-Overs 24/20

NOTES FOR STANDARDS:

  • Partner 1 and Partner 2 can CHANGE throughout the workout! Partners may switch at any time and as many times as they choose.

  • When partners are transitioning, the skiing must STOP. Both partners will start work at the same time.
  • For handstand push ups, rep starts at full lock out at the top of the handstand, and finishes at full lock out at the top of the handstand. 
  • For pistols, you will be alternating legs. If you fail a rep (Good rep = below hip crease at the bottom, foot doesnt touch down & full hip extension at the top), you must start over on the SAME LEG.
  • For toes to bar, feet must CLEAR the rig in the back of the kip, at the bottom and BOTH FEET must touch the rig at the top.
  • BOTH FEET must touch the box on box jump overs - no clearing the box.

Partner 1:
