Workouts

8:00 to establish max weight hang snatch

 

*Teams will share a single bar.  Athletes must deadlift the bar and pause before initiating the lift.  Any style of snatch is permitted. 

**Event 5 will start at the 10:00 mark, following the 1RM snatch.  Athletes will have a 2:00 transition between the lift and the row.

8:00 to establish max weight hang snatch

For time:

2400 meter row

 

*Event 5 will start at the 10:00 mark, following the 1RM snatch.  Athletes will have a 2:00 transition between the lift and the row.  Each team member must row a minimum of 500 unbroken meters.  

For time:

2000 meter row

 

*Event 5 will start at the 10:00 mark, following the 1RM snatch.  Athletes will have a 2:00 transition between the lift and the row.

3 rounds for time:

30/24 calorie bike

21 cleans

12 shoulder to overhead

 

RX/16-54/INT: (115/75)

SC/14-15/55+: (95/65)

 

*Athletes will start on the bike with the monitors off.  Cleans must be taken from the ground.  Shoulder to overhead can be a press, push press, or jerk.

For time:

1.5 mile run

40 wall ball

30 burpees

20 toes to bar

10 bar muscle ups

 

All divisions: (20/14)

INT/55+: chest to bar pull up

14-15/Scaled: knees to chest/pull ups

 

*Athletes must perform workout in order from top to bottom.  

For time:

5 rope climbs

20 handstand pushups

Then

5 rounds:

1 sandbag ground to shoulder

1 sandbag lunge right

1 sandbag lunge left

1 sandbag squat

*Add 1 rep per movement per round.

 

RX/35-49: (100/50)

16-17/50-54: (100/50) 10 handstand push ups, 2 rope climbs

55+/Intermediate: (100/50), no lunges, 10 wall walks, 2 rope climbs 

Scaled: (100/50), no lunges, 20 hand release push ups, 10 rope climbs to standing 

 

*Athletes will advance to the rig and must perform all rope climbs and handstand push ups before moving to the sandbags.  For the sandbag complex they must perform movements in order.  Round 2 will be 2 ground to shoulder, 2 lunges each leg, and 2 squats.  

For time:

8 rope climbs

40 handstand pushups

Then

1 to 5 with worm

Ground to shoulder

Lunge each side

Squat

Rx: 120/100 kg

Intermediate:  10 wall walks, 4 rope climbs, 100/80 kg

Scaled: no lunges, 40 hand release push ups, 20 rope climbs to standing, 100/80 kg

*Teams share rope climbs and handstand push up reps, but must be done in order.  Worm complex must be done in order.  Round 2 will be 2 ground to shoulder, 2 lunges each side, and 2 squats.
