4th Annual Grip It N' Rip It
About This Competition
Crossfit Unshaken is proud to present our 4th annual Grip It N' Rip It team competition. This is our flagship event where athletes of all calibers come together in a fun, welcoming, and challenging atmosphere.
This event will consist of RX, Intermediate, and Scaled for M/M and F/F divisions. Division standards are listed under each division tab. Prizes will be given out for top 3 teams in each division.
Workouts will be released beginning Mid-March. Expect some challenging WODs!
We are excited to be hosting this competition for the 4th year and can't wait to have all of you there!

Workouts
One Rep Max Snatch!
All divisions will be performing a Max Snatch. The lift must come from the floor but Power or Squat will be permitted.
Teams will have 10 minutes to find their max. One barbell per team, weights may be added or subtracted as needed. 2.5 lbs will be the smallest plate allowed.

*Intermediate: C2B / Scaled: Jumping Pull Ups

***Intermediate: Single arm DB OHS (50/35) / Scaled: DB Goblet Squats (50/35)
There is no minimum for athletes on any movement in this workout. Work may be split in any manner, one athlete working at a time. After all calories are completed on the bike, athletes will alternate in the AMRAP portion for the remainder of the 12 Minutes.

*partner A starts on the barbell accumulating reps of cleans and when they break they run 100M
* when partner A returns from the run, partner B picks up where they left off on the barbell
*each movement will be completed before moving to the next
