About This Competition

🏋️‍♂️ Welcome to CrossFit Chaleur’s First Half HYROX Race! 🏃‍♀️

We’re thrilled to have you join us for our very first in-house Half HYROX Race . This is your chance to test your limits, cheer on your teammates, and experience the thrill of HYROX in a supportive, high-energy local setting. Members and non-member are welcome to participate.

🔹 What to expect:

  • 8 workout stations

  • 8 x 500m runs

  • A full-body challenge

  • Team spirit and community pride

This is a doubles race (MM or FF), this event is all about pushing yourself, having fun, and celebrating movement. We’re proud to host this milestone and even prouder to have you on the starting line.

Race Structure

  • Both partners run every 500m together (total of 4 km).

  • Workout stations are shared: partners alternate or divide the reps/distance as they choose.

  12. Kettle Bells Farmers Carry – 100 m

  14. Sandbag Lunges – 50 m

  15. Run 500m (run together)

  16. Wall Balls – 50 reps

    • Sled Push: 152/102kg, 335/225lbs (including sled)

    • Sled Pull: 103/78 kg, 227/172lbs (including sled)

    • Kettle Bells Farmers Carry: 2 x 24/16 kg, 53/35lbs

    • Sandbag: 20/10kg, 44/22lbs

    • Wall Balls: 6/4kg, 14/10lbs

  • Foundation Doubles Men/Women (teens/beginner) :
