Du CrossFit rien que du CrossFit. Des Wods simple & efficace. Pas de mouvement extravagant, pas de Trail de 24 kilomètres, Venez montrer votre fitness et votre Team work avec vos meilleurs teammates !

4 Wods pour toutes les équipes

Niveau Open (scaling possible à chaque workout), Une pratique régulière du CrossFit et la connaissance des mouvements principaux suffira à passer une belle journée de competition

10 Dual DB Shoulder to overhead

** 1 missed shoot = 1 shuttle run (2x7.5m)
