About This Competition
Are you ready to test your limits, push your boundaries, and forge unbreakable bonds with your teammates? Our competition is perfect for athletes of all levels to come together, challenge themselves, and celebrate the spirit of fitness.
- Each team will consist of 4 members: 2 males and 2 females.
This dynamic competition will feature a diverse array of functional fitness elements and workouts designed to test every aspect of your physical and mental strength. Here’s what you can expect:
1. **Strength Challenges:** Heavy lifts, barbell complexes, and max rep events to showcase raw power and technique.
2. **Endurance Workouts:** WODs that push your cardiovascular stamina to the limit, including running, rowing, and more.
3. **Gymnastics Elements:** Bodyweight movements such as toes to bar, pull-ups, muscle-ups, and other tests of agility and control. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be able to do them all, there will be options to scale.
4. **Team Coordination:** Synchronization is key in these events, requiring seamless communication and teamwork to complete synchronized lifts, partner carries, and other collaborative tasks.
