About This Competition
Mixed Teams of 4 - (2M, 2F)
No entry requirements, Teams will be divided into Advanced and Intermediate based on their performance on the day.
Each team will complete at least 4 events. With top 2 in each division going head in their respective finals.
Standards will be released prior to the events beginning.

MF/MF
This event is split into Intermediate & Advanced
It is a 8min Time Cap with MF/MF partners.
Teams will complete:
- 80 sync Deadlifts
- 40 Alt Devils Press OH Box WalkOvers
Into max sync burpees (all 4 together)
Score is number of burpees.
Event 4 is a 1RM Test.
- Advanced athletes will complete a 1RM Snatch.
- Intermediate athletes will complete a 1RM Back Squat.
Females will start and will have a 6min time cap to find their max weight. Both partners will work off the same bar.
- The weight on the barbell cannot decrease at any time.
Athletes will take it in turns completing successful lifts, if an athlete fails a lift, they must continue to attempt the weight until they complete their effort.
You cannot pass the barbell back to your partner until you have hit a successful lift.
However, you can opt out of a weight at anytime BEFORE you attempt it. Your previous successful lift will be your score, and your partner can continue to increase the weight.
This will be same for both advanced and intermediate sections.
All 4 athletes will have a weight recorded as their 1RM, total KG lifted between the 4 will be your teams score.
