About This Competition
Welcome to our Annual In-House CrossFit competition. This competition is designed to provide you a measure of fitness against your peers in the gym.
This year we will have any combination of pairs M/M, F/M or F,F. The male lifts will use a .66 multiplier to bring lifts even across the board.

Workouts
Sum of the Best of Each Lift
Clean
Bench Press
Overhead Squat
Score is the total of max effort on all three lifts. Athlete gets 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. Weight may not be decreased after first attempt. A failed rep counts as an attempt. Clean is from the ground, power or full/squat.

Workout Flow
Athlete 1 will begin on the count of 3 2 1 go, they will complete the full workout before tagging Athlete 2. Upon completion of Athlete 2 you will be scored for time.
Movement Standards
Double Unders
Each rep counts as the rope passes twice beneath the feet for each jump
Toes to Bar
From a hanging position have both feet contact the bar at the same time
Deadlifts
Hips must be fully extended at the top with shoulders behind the bar
Box Jump Overs
Must start with a 2 foot take off and land, you may jump onto the box or completely over
BOTIB Event 3
Rx'd
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Synchronised Bar-facing burpees
50/35kg Synchronised Overhead squat, 30 reps
Max Reps In Remaining time Bar Muscle-ups
Scaled
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Synchronised Bar-facing burpees
35/25kg Synchronised Overhead squat, 30 reps
Max Reps In Remaining time Pull Ups
Workout Flow
On 3 2 1 go athletes will complete 60 synchronised Bar-facing burpees, 30 synchronised overhead squats and then in the remaining time accumulate max reps with one person working at a time of muscle ups.
Movement Standards
Bar Facing Burpees
Burpee will be performed facing the bar, both athletes must touch the ground at the same time. To pass over the bar a two foot take off and land must be performed. The rep is counted once both athletes are over the bar.
Synchronised Overhead Squats
From a hanging position have both feet contact the bar at the same time
Bar Muscle Ups
Athletes begin hanging from a bar and must finish over the top of the bar arms extended.
