About This Competition

 

Welcome to Fitness Alley's Twilight Throwdown!

The Twilight Throwdown is an outdoor Crossfit competition, competing in pairs with two divisions, Opens and Advanced. There will be 3 categories per division - Female/Female, Male/Male and Female/Male (mixed).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We're doing something different you don't see at other local competitions. We're starting just after lunch and finishing into the twilight! 

Time: 12.00 midday - 8.30pm

Where: Vikings Rugby Club (competition will be on the field)

33 Swan st Wollongong 2500

When: Saturday 3rd of February 2024

Divisions: Opens & Advanced

Pairs teams: F/F - M/M - F/M(mixed)

Registrations are limited and NOW OPEN

Movement standards and workouts will be released in advance so you know what to prepare for.

Competitors will be tested across 4 scored events with cash prizes and other goodies announced as we get closer to the throwdown.

There will be a live DJ adding to the party atmosphere, plenty of foods trucks from local legends including 2 Smokin Barrels slingin' texan BBQ and Lick My Bowls serving up acai bowls & protein shakes. More food truck and vendor announcements to come, keep an eye out for more announcements on our instagram page!

We want the Twilight Throwdown to be quality over quantity so we have capped every division to 20 pairs, once sold out the numbers are final so get in quick and claim your spot. There will be plenty of room for spectators to enjoy the afternoon cheering on their mates!

We look forward to seeing you all throw down in the twilight!

**RX: P1 will Handstand Walk back to the start line, whilst P2 drags the sled. Athletes can swap anytime.
