Workouts

Each is scored individually and total combined time is scored.


At 3-2-1 go athlete one will begin 21 thrusters, once 21 thrusters are complete athlete 1 will advance barbell and move into 21 pull-ups, once athlete 1 has completed 21 pull-ups they will move back to the barbell for 15 thrusters, this will continue until the final 9 pull-ups have been completed or the 6:00 cap is reached. 


At 6:00 athlete 2 will begin the 1000 meter row for time. Time is when the rower reads 1000 meter or the 6:00 time cap is reached. In the event of not finishing the athletes total meters will be rounded down to the nearest 10 and the total numbers of meters will be recorded. 


At 12:00 athlete 3 will begin 30 clean and jerks for time. The barbell will be advanced forward every 10 reps. This will continue until athlete 3 completes the 30th clean and jerk or the 6:00 time cap is reached. In the event of reaching the time cap, the total number of completed clean and jerks will be recorded at the 6:00 cap. 


There will be 4 total scores within this workout. Athlete 1 time or reps, athlete 2 time or reps and athlete 3 time or reps will each be independent scores. There will be a 4th score of the total time, if all 3 workouts are completed, or total reps for each workout added together.”

On 3, 2, 1, Go, all three athletes will go out on a 400-m run.  Each athlete must be holding onto a rope during the run.  At the completion of the run, athletes will do a 50-ft synchro dumbbell overhead walking lunge.  The movement is synchronized when all three athletes back knee touches the ground.  Elbows must remain in a locked out overhead position during the walking lunge.  Upon completion of the walking lunge, all three athletes will perform 25 synchro toes-to-bar.  A rep is completed when all three athletes feet touch the bar at the same time.  Athletes will then complete 50-ft synchro dumbbell overhead walking lunge before running an additional 400-m together.  At completion of the second run, athletes will repeat a 50-ft synchro dumbbell overhead walking lunge, 25 synchro toes-to-bar, a 50-ft synchro dumbbell overhead walking lunge, and a final 400-m run together.  This workout has a time cap of 14 minutes.  The score will be the time to complete the workout, or the number of reps completed at 14 minutes.  


Single dumbbell per athlete.
Rx dumbbell weight = 35/50 lb
Scaled/Masters dumbbell weight = 20/35 lb


Scaled toes-to-bar = Synchro leg raises (all three athletes feet must rise above hips at the same time)
