Prior to starting, Athletes will position behind the start line. At the call of 3, 2, 1… GO, Team will move to their designated area and execute workout sequence. Only one Athlete can work at a time. Team can partition the reps as they see fit. All reps must be completed before moving onto the next movement.

ALL MOVEMENTS WILL BE SYNCHRONIZED
Prior to starting, Athletes A/B must be setup on the GHD. At the call "3, 2, 1...GO", Athletes A/B will execute 40 Synchronized GHD Sit Ups. Once complete Athletes C/D will execute 40 synchronized SA DB C&Js. Once complete, Athletes A/B will execute 40 and Athletes C/D will execute 40 synchronized Box Jump Overs. Once complete Athletes A/B will execute 40 synchronized SA DB C&Js. Once complete Athletes C/D will execute 40 GHD Sit ups.

15m sprint to tag next Athlete
Prior to start, Athletes move to their designated lane. At the call of 3, 2, 1… GO, Partner A will execute an 100m Farmer’s Carry. Once Partner A has completed FIVE Bear Complex, 10 Burpees over the bar, and 15 Cal Ski Erg. Partner A will run to Tag-In Partner B. Partner B will complete the 100m Farmer’s Carry, then FIVE Bear Complex, 10 Burpees over the bar, and 15 Cal Ski Erg, then Partner C and then Partner D.
1 RM
BACK SQUAT
Prior to starting, Athletes A/B must setup the squat rack with their starting weight on the barbell. This workout begins with Athlete A/B standing behind the tape. After the call "3, 2, 1...GO", Athlete A/B will step over the line and will have 10:00 minutes to work towards their 1 RM Back Squat. Once Athlete A has successfully lifted their 1RM, Athlete B will work towards their 1RM Back Squat. At the 10:00 minute mark there will be a 2:00 minute reset period. at the 12:00 minute mark, Athlete C/D will move to the squat rack and have until the 22:00 mark to execute a 1RM. Once Athlete C has successfully lifted the 1RM, Athlete D will work towards their 1RM Back Squat. The Team's score will be the total combined weight of each Athlete's final completed rep.

At the call of 3, 2, 1… GO, Team will move to their designated ski erg and execute 300 CAL SKI ERG as a team. Then will execute 300 CAL ROW as a team, and then will execute 300 CAL C2 Bike as a team. Team may swap at any time, however, must tag-in and tag-out by running the 15m to their team. Athletes will have to complete one movement before moving onto the next.

Team Run to the BDE HQs. (no vests)
Teams can partition any way they like, all Athletes must execute at least one movement. Vest are to be worn for the duration of the workout excluding the final run to BDE.
Prior to start, Athletes will pack their gym bags and ensure all personal items are policed and staged in the designated area for movement to BDE HQs. Athletes will acquire and put on weighted vest and move to the start line. At the call of 3, 2, 1… Team will execute the 400m run. Teams may not execute movements until entire team has reached the barbell. When they reach their deadlift bar, they will execute the deadlifts, run, Thrusters, run, Med Ball Squats, run and Push Press. At the conclusion of the last push press, the Team will strip their vests and place in designated drop area and execute a team run to the BDE HQs.
