About This Competition

 

Double Trouble Qualifier 2022

Are you ready for Double Trouble 2022? 

You can choose between 3 Divisions this year:

- Scaled Mixed Team 

- Intermediate Mixed Team 

- Elite Mixed Team 

All 3 Divisions will compete at the finals. 

Qualifier will take place between September 1st and October 16th 

Release Date Workout 1 = 1. September 

Release Date Workout 2 = 8. September

Release Date Workout 3 = 15. September 

The team has then time to submit all score until October 16th!

Qualifier don't have to be done together. Scores of both athletes will add up the final score.

 

Finals take place 7/8. January 2023 at MOTORWORLD COLOGNE

Cash Prize for Podium Teams (Elite Only)

10k / 5k / 2,5k

Partner A: Built to a 1RM Complex: 1 Clean + 2 Front Squat
Partner B: Built to a 1RM Complex: 1 Clean + 2 Shoulder to Overhead

 

After completing 22.1 A part B of the workout will start immediately!

 

22.1 B) Directly into a 6 Minute Time Window:

Partner A: Built to a 1RM Complex: 1 Clean + 2 Front Squat
Partner B: Built to a 1RM Complex: 1 Clean + 2 Shoulder to Overhead

 

After completing 22.1 A part B of the workout will start immediately!

 

22.1 B)Directly into a 6 Minute Time Window:

Partner A: Built to a 1RM Complex: 1 Clean + 2 Front Squat

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets (10 Minutes total) for Maximum Calories:

5 Burpee Box Jump over @high Box 75cm/60cm
10 Alt. DB Snatch 25/17,5kg 
20 Double Unders
Max Calorie Row in remaining time

Score: Accumulated calories rowed in all 5 sets per athlete

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets (10 Minutes total) for Maximum Calories:

5 Burpee Box Jump over 60cm/50cm
10 Alt. DB Snatch 22,5/15kg
20 Double Unders
Max Calorie Row in remaining time

Score: Accumulated rowed calories in all 5 sets per athlete

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets (10 Minutes total) for Maximum Calories:

If an an athlete does not finish the workout within the timecap of 20 minutes, 1 second penalty has to be added for each unfinished repetition on top of 20:00 min.
