Teams of 2 : MM - MF - FF


DNSRT active members only


TWO CATEGORIES

Rx
Men: Db 22.5kg, Kb 24kg, Snatch 45kg, Clean and jerk 60kg, chest to bar and HSPU (flat)
Women: Db 15kg, Kb 16kg, Snatch 30kg, Clean and jerk 40kg, pull ups and HSPU with abmat
One person in the team must be able to HSW for at least 1meter unbroken.


Scaled
Must know how to perform all the CrossFit Movements safely, or their scaling option. One full month of CrossFit practice minimum is advised. Each workout will be adapted individually so everyone can participate and still be challenged!

At the same time, end of the pull on the rower and top of the KBS movement are synchronised.

Athlete A: 24 strokes on the rower for calories 

Athlete B: 24 american kettlebell swings

 

Then

A+B: 12 sit ups around the KB synchro

A+B: 12 burpees synchro

 

Switch roles every round.

 

 

 

AMRAP 9

Relay every completed round:
 
6 alternating pistol squats
3 squat snatches 
3 shuttle runs 
6 toes to bar
 
Clap the hand of your partner to validate the relay.

In a 1min window, perform:

Rx

Complex: 2 thrusters + 1 shoulders to overhead

Tie-break: perform max cleans with the failed bar (or the last bar of the ladder) in the remaining time.

 

Scaled

Complex: 2 cleans + 1 shoulders to overhead

Tie-break: perform max deadlifts with the failed bar (or the last bar of the ladder) in the remaining time.

 

WEIGHT

Men: 50-55-60-65-70-75-80-85kg

Women: 25-30-35-40-45-50-55-60kg

 

In a 1min window, perform:

Rx
